How long did you wait before testing after your first drink? Please wait at least 20 minutes after consuming alcohol to test. Depending on any number of things (height, weight, gender, metabolism, food consumed, how quickly you drank, etc.), it can take up to 45 minutes for alcohol to reach your bloodstream. If you finished one drink and tested 15 minutes later, it's entirely plausible that you would still be at 0.00%
